Where - Unitarian Universalist Church of the South Hills, also known as "Sunnyhill", in Mt. Lebanon
Registration is open. Online registration closes on November 9. Early-bird registration is discounted by $5 until October 10. Limited onsite registration may be available but we cannot guarantee lunch.
Please pay what you are comfortably able to pay within a sliding-scale range of $5 - $15 - $25 - $35 - $45. Please consider paying at the higher levels which enables those in financial need to pay less.

Rev. Renee Ruchotzke on For the Beauty of the Earth: The Intersection of Climate Change and Racial + Socio-Economic Justice
Underneath the surface of the world that many of us grew up in is another world, a world of interconnection, of beauty, and of resilience that we yearn for. How might Unitarian Universalists be partners with indigenous and other marginalized communities to live into transformed way of living that invites all of humanity to participate.

Focus on Climate Change and what Unitarian Universalists can do about it with local justice organizations
With Tassi Bisers of the Pennsylvania Interfaith Impact Network’s Ratepayer Justice Task Force; Matt Dean, the environmental justice exchange coordinator at New Voices for Reproductive Justice; Heaven Sensky, a community organizer at the Center for Coalfield Justice; and Brandon Ziats, executive director of Youth Opportunities Development in Clairton PA.

Eligibility - Everyone welcome! You don't need to be a Unitarian Universalist or a member of a Unitarian Universalist congregation to attend.
Affordability - We've opted for a sliding scale for registration fees so that participation is accessible to all.
Location - The Unitarian Universalist Church of the South Hills is located in Mt. Lebanon at 1240 Washington Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15228. Map and parking info: sunnyhill.org/about-us/location
Meals - Registration includes a continental breakfast and lunch. Lunch will be catered and will include vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.
Child Care - Child care is available, must be requested by November 9.
Offering - There will be a special collection to support Youth projects, please be as generous as possible! Cash or checks will be accepted.
Accessibility - The Sunnyhill building is fully accessible.
LGBTQIA+ Commitment - All UUs of Greater Pittsburgh events are welcoming and gender inclusive.
Green Commitment - Sunnyhill is an aspiring Green Sanctuary congregation and this event will be as environmentally friendly as possible. You are invited to bring a reusable drink container and your own meal kit, including reusable plate, utensils, and napkins. If you forget, don’t worry, we’ll have you covered! Thank you for helping us "pack in and pack out".
Delegates - Congregational delegates are based on the Feb 1 2019 UUA certified membership (1 for every 50 members) and have voting privileges at the Annual Meeting. Contact your Board President if you would like to serve as a delegate. Additionally, 1 delegate will be chosen to represent unaffiliated UUs in attendance.
