Save the Date! The 2018 Annual Assembly of the UUs of Greater Pittsburgh will be Saturday November 10 2018 at the UU Church of the South Hills in Mt. Lebanon.
This will be our 5th annual gathering of local UUs and first year at Sunnyhill! The keynote speaker will be Rev. Kathleen McTigue, director of the UU College of Social Justice. Additional details coming soon.

2017 Annual Assembly of the Unitarian Universalists of Greater Pittsburgh

What - Join fellow Unitarian Universalists for a day of camaraderie, connection, and collaboration!
When - Saturday, November 4, 2017 from 9am until 3pm
Where - Unitarian Universalist Church of the North Hills
Registration - Regular registration is $21 through November 2. Limited onsite registration on November 4 will be $25. There is also a $65 Donor option that includes registration and a donation to support our work. Thank you for your generosity! Lunch will be provided for all registered attendees.

8:30am - Doors open and Check-in - Refreshments and socializing
9am - Welcome and Opening - Including banner parade
9:15am - Worship
9:45am - Morning Session - Speakers: Rev. Deryck Tines on Living with Racism and Oppression and Henry Reese on Listening to Voices of Refugees, Immigrants, and People of Color.
11am - Annual Business Meeting - Congregational roll call, election of board members, a financial report, and a "state of the cluster" report.
11:30am - Lunch and Time to Connect
12:30pm - Afternoon Session - Collaboration workshops with Rev. Joan Van Becelaere and special remarks by Rev. Renee Waun on A Life in Ministry.
2:45pm - Closing
Eligibility - Everyone welcome! You don't need to be a Unitarian Universalist or a member of a Unitarian Universalist congregation to attend.
Affordability - We are committed to making participation accessible to all. If the registration fee is a burden to you, contact your Minister or Board President and ask about having the fee waived.
Child Care - Child care will be available.
Delegates - Congregational delegates are assigned based on Feb 1 2017 certified membership (1 for every 50 members) and have voting privileges at the business meeting. Contact your Board President if you would like to serve as a delegate.
Offering - There will be a special collection to support Youth projects, please be as generous as possible! Cash or checks accepted.
Lunch - Lunch will include vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.
Location - The Unitarian Universalist Church of the North Hills is located in Franklin Park at 2359 W Ingomar Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15237. Directions: http://uucnh.org/directions
Accessibility - The building is fully accessible.
